I read reviews before ordering, and went off the size chart. These bras run big, with out without the push up pads. I am 4'11 and wear a 34D I ordered MEDIUMS. I don't care for padded sports bras, these pads are removable but you should know if you keep the pads in that they are a "push up" style. The pads are nice and thick though. I did not notice any shrinkage in the sports bra after washing it. The first workout I did was on the spin bike, it was only slightly annoying that the bra was too big. Then I did a strength training workout and was constantly having to adjust the bra. Boobage spilled out the top, it was terrible. I ordered 5 in a size medium, I only wore and washed one, so I'm keeping that for around the house and walking. But the other 4 are getting returned. The colors are lovely and just as described.I then ordered one in a size small and this is the correct size for me. The straps do not dig in at all, but are tight enough to keep the girls inside. I can run, strength train, burpees, spin bike without having to adjust constantly. It's all good. I will be buying more of these bras in a size small.I should also say, this review is for both the style with the hole in the back, and without the hole in the back.
Update-Bought a black one this time. Just as good as the white one :)Original Post-Good:1.Great back support for how attractive this bra is. A lot of the pretty sports bras have very little going on in the back or straps. This one has a wider support wrap-around.2. The weight of the girls is also distributed between two straps on each shoulder which really helped me with neck pressure and strain.3. No weird bulges around my arm pits either, front or back.Meh:1. If the "girls" are big, they will be on show. The front is lower cut than I expected but kind of a nice surprise. They stayed secure the entire bootcamp session.2. Pads are removable, which I'm not partial to. But most bras are these days anyway.3. Need more colors to choose from now :)
Love love love! For reference, my bra size is a 32B and a medium fit perfectly. The size chart recommended a size small but I think it would have been too tight. The medium was snug but was really comfortable. I felt supported during my workout. My only complaint is that in certain angles you can slightly see the bra lining. It's not too big of a deal and could just because it is white. Other than that, I am super happy with my purchase!
I tried a lot of strappy sports bras and this company has the best! I love the back on this one. Im a 34B and got the small and it fits perfect. The band fits snuggly without forcing the straps to dig into my traps. As other have stated, you can see the yellowish pads through the white fabric but im usually wearing a shirt to the gym or you can just take the pads out, so no big deal. Overall the comfort level is great, it doesn't rub or ride up for the most part. I will likely buy more in other colors
Having wasted tremendous amount of money in designer sports bra that pinch, leave dark marks and crush my chest, I think I've met comfort at last.I've just bought and used my first pair. It survived the first wash and no color loss! I ordered a Medium and it left a bit of a gap in the front. However, the comfort is flawless. Thanks to the awesome fabric (cotton!!!) and the lovely cotton mesh inside, I feel like a new woman. I did not get angry strap marks and pain in my neck nerves. I call this bra a success. Also, despite sweating, the bra did not leave me with clammy, sticky feeling - I kept it on for another hour to do some household chores before hitting the shower. I want more color choices please! :)
Fits well for 36B. Medium to high support. Comfy for running or doing yoga. Good material. Removable pads. When I washed it, I removed the pads and put it in the laundry bag and washed it with other clothes. in cold or cool temperature. I hang it up to dry out naturally, I did not put it in the dryer.
